When you request a quote, we collect the information you choose to share, including your name, phone number, suburb, pest concern, optional email address and message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss service options and maintain enquiry records.

How we store enquiries

Our enquiry form stores submissions in a private server-side data file that is not publicly accessible through the website. We also send notifications to our nominated business email account using encrypted SMTP when configured. Access should be restricted to authorised people.

Call button and form interaction data

We record the date, time, page and location of clicks on the “Call now” and quote buttons which form fields receive focus (without their values), and whether someone starts or submits a form. These interaction logs do not contain your typed message, phone number or raw IP address. Clicking a call button records the click only; it does not tell us whether a telephone call connected or was completed.

Why we use the information

We use enquiry details to arrange contact and support the service you have asked about. We use interaction logs to understand whether website buttons and forms are easy to find and use.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell enquiry information. Email service providers and hosting providers may process information to deliver our website and messages. Enquiry records should be reviewed and deleted when no longer needed for a legitimate business purpose.
